Total = 250 Students.
M = 180
Eng = 100
Eco = 130
Only 1 = 75
Only 2 = 160
None = 10.

Now, Only One + Only Two + All Three = 250 - 10 = 240
And, M + Eng + Eco = 180 + 100 + 130 = 410.

Thus, (Only Two) + 2*(All Three) = 410 - 240 = 170.
=> 2*All Three = 170 - 160 = 10.

So, All Three = 5.

5?
d + e + f = 160
n = 10
a + b + c + d + e + f + g + n = 250
a + b + c + 2(d + e + f) + 3g = 410
d + e + f + 2g = 410 - (250 - 10)
160 + 2g = 170
g = 5

The prime cost of an article was 3 time the value of materials used . The cost of raw materials in the ratio 3:7 and that of productive wages in the ratio 4:9 . Find the prime cost of an article which was formerly made for 41 ?
Cost = 41 = 3*Cost of RM
=> Cost of RM = 41/3
Thus, Cost of PW = 41*(2/3)

Increase RW by 7/3 and PW by 9/4 and add to get the new cost. !!

P and Q are filling pipes which can fill a tank in 15 and 20 minutes respectivley. R is an emptying pipe which can empty the full in 30 minutes. THe 3 pipes are opertaed continously one after the other in the order of P Q R each being kept opened for 2 minutes until the tank is filled. After how much time will the tank be full?

P = 2/15
Q = 2/20 = 1/10
R = - 2/30 = - 1/15.

Now, [ 2/15 + 1/10 - 1/15 ] = 1/15 + 1/10 = (2 +3)/30 = 5/30 = 1/6.
Five Rounds => 5/6 Filled.

Sixth Round = 5/6 + 2/15 = (25+5)/30 = 29/30 Filled.
Now, 1/30 will be filled by Pipe Q in 2/3 minute.

So, Total Time = 5*6 + 2 + 2/3 = 32.667 minutes.

let the total capacity of the tank be 60lt
P = 8lt/2 min
Q = 6lt/2 min
R = -4lt/2min
so total = 8+6-4 = 10lt/6 mins
hence 6*6=36 mins mein full fill ho jyga...

It will be filled in the 33rd Minute itself. We don't need to go further.

A Triswitch mixer grinder operates in 3 stages of speed in revolutions per min . The speed of the motor with some load in the second stage varies as a square of the speed in stage 1 and that in stage 3 varies as a cube of that in stage 2 . If the mixer motor makes 50 revolutions in 3 mins in stage 1and its speed in 2 and 3 with the same load is 2500 and 12500 revolutions per minute respectively . Et will be the speed of the motor that is revolutions per minute in stage 3 if at the sane load motors speed in revolutions per minute is 25 revolutions in 6 minutes in stage 1 ?

Speed in Stage 2 = k*(50/3)^2 = 2500k/9
=> k = 9.

Speed in Stage 3 = n*(2500)^3
=> n = 12500/625*25*10^6 = 1/1250000.

For Stage 1 Speed = 25/6
Speed in Stage II = 9*(25/6)^2 = 625/4
Speed in Stage III = n*(625/4)^3 = 25^6/64*1250000.

In a machine a series of words is fed in which then gives an output after following a certain number of steps.

Input: Sale Fake Hence Gate His

Step 1: Sale His Fake Hence Gate

Step 2: Sale His Hence Fake Gate

Step 3: Sale His Hence Gate Fake

Step 3 is the output.

What will be the second step if the input to the same machine is
