84=4*3*7

2n^3+2n^2+4n+17

n=4k,4k+1,4k+2 2n^3+2n^2+4n+17 not divisible

n=4k+3 it is divisible

n=3k,3k+1,3k+2 2n^3+2n^2+4n+17 not divisible

If it is not divisible by anyone of 4 ,3 or 7,it is not divisible by 84
