Can be answered by statement 2 alone. But not by 1 alone.

naa yaar...agar 60% have black eyes unme 50% black hairs toh baaki 10% will have black eyes but not black hairs....

par haan hum woh 10% calculate nhi kar sakte jab tak total naa pata ho...

par yahan %age poocha hai toh i think from 2nd we can find that out...

10% a raha hai. lekin i m not sure whether to count % of people who do not have black eye and hair. usko confirm karne k liye we have to use both the statement. so as to ensure that 100% people have either black eye or black hair or both.
Still confused. Wat ur take?

What percent of people in Hyderabad have black eyes but not black hair?

Black eyes is what we shud be concerned about...among the 60%, 50% have black hairs as well.. but for the remaining 10% whether they have hairs or not is not what we care about..

black hairs is not what we shud look for....

isiliye i think statement 1 is of no use to us....

only II ?

A,B,C inherited few gold coins. If they share those coins in the ratio 1:5:8, then 1 coin remains left out . But if they share the coins in the ratio 1:3:7 then no coin is left out. Comparing both the cases what is the minimum possible difference in number of coins that C can get??????

Detailed Solution please!!!!!

What is the sum of all internal angles of a regular polygon?
i. The external angle is 60
ii. The polygon has 6 sides.

7?
14x+1 = 11y
x = 7 and y = 9 satisfies the condition

7 coins

If shared in ratio 1:5:8, 1 coin is left out... Means in other words if we divide the total no by (1+5+8) i.e. 14, 1 is remainder
Similarly in second case, if we divide the total no by (1+3+7) i.e. 11, remainder is 0.

Least possible such no is 99.

So by first case 1 coin is left out & remaining distributed in ratio 1:5:8. Hence C gets 56.

N in second case 99 coins are distributed in ratio 1:3:7. So C gets 63.

Diff.=7

The external angle is.......? Is any value given here?

If yes then can be solved by using anyone statement.
