how to solve it?

Please clarify me one thing, I'm getting confused in this :(
Time difference is 30 secs so the distance travelled by train is 30*330 mtrs
And the time in which it travels this distance is 12 mins since the gunshots were having a time difference of 12 minutes..
From this, 330*30/12*60 is wrong
how to solve it?

See, to simplify this, consider the sound as "cars". Then apply relative velocity concept.
Going by the basics, I would consider a time 't' when the first "car" meets the person in train
=> Distance traveled by the car till then = 330*t
Now, the other "car" is also coming behind and has traveled a distance of 330*(t-12) by then.
=> Difference in the distance = 330*12 (can be arrived directly too)
Now, this distance is covered together by the train and the "car" in 11.5 minutes
=> Distance = Relative speed * Time
=> 330*12 = (330 +v) * (11.5) [opposite direction => speeds get added in relative velocity]
Hence v = 330/23 m/s

Distance travelled by bullet in 30 secs=Distance travelled by train in 690 secs
Let x be the speed of train
x/330=30/690
x=330/23 m/s
Let x be the speed of train
x/330=30/690
x=330/23 m/s

As they are half perimeter away and running towards each other, meet in two minutes hence first time they will meet when they combinely cover half perimeter. i.e. in 2 min. Next time they will meet when they will cover full perimeter combinely hereafter.
So half perimeter -2 min... Full perimeter -4 min.

Let the radius be 1
pi/3v=2
v=pi/6
For meeting agn
2pi/3v=t
Put the value of v
to get t = 4min
