Five points A,B,C,D,E lie on a line L1 and points P,Q,R,S,T lie on a line L2. Each of the five points on L1 is connected to each of the points on L2, by means of straight lines terminated by the points.Then excluding the given points the maximum number of points at which the lines can intersect is ?

A car travelled 18 km from point A developed some problem in the engine and the speed became 4/5th of its original speed. As a result,the car reached point B 45 min late. If the engine had developed the same problem after travelling 30km from A, then it would have reached B only 36 min late. The original speed of the car and the distance between the points A and B are??
