The Ulam Spiral :- Writing down numbers in a spiral with the number 1 at the center. Prime numbers (2,3,5,7,11......so on ) that they formed diagonal lines. One exception though , Why only 2 is alone in it's diagonal?
any reason ???? ( I tried, drawing this and observed that 2 is single , don't know if any other prime number will join 2 in it's diagonal. ) P.S. :- Seemingly simple, yet still unexplained, the Ulam spiral is one of the unsolved problems & Unexplained Patterns of Mathematics !
From a rectangular sheet of dimension 30cm*20cm ,four squares of equal size are cut from 4 corners. Then the resulting 4 sides are bent upwards to give it the shape of an open box.if the volume of the box is 1056 cm^3,what is the length of the side of the squares cut from the corners?👍
In the country of Four, there are four cities, A, B, C and D. B is to the East of A, C is to the South of B, D is to the West of C, and A is to the North of D. The Government of Four is planning to connect these four cities by road such that it is possible for a person to go from a city to any of the other three cities. At the same time, the Government wants to ensure that the total road length is minimum. The distances between A to B, B to C, C to D and D to A are all equal to 10 km. What should be the total length of the road? NICE PROBLEM.

Guyz are you giving CL's mock series as well? I know 2 of their exams have passed and many people suggest that we give both TIME's and CL's series. Do we need it? What's the difference between the two? What's your take?
ABCD is any quadrilateral and point O is inside the quadrilateral. If sum of the length of O from the vertices A,B,C, and D is minimum then which of the following is definitely true ?

Point O is at meeting of the two lines drawn from the mid points of the sides
Amit has two congruent sheets of paper in triangular shape. He built a parallelogram with them by three different methods. It is known that the perimeters of the three parallelograms are 24, 33 and 35. Find the perimeter of the triangular piece of paper.
