Dekho 5 boxes to hogaye..ab bache 3 boxes..usme bhi to koi number bharna hai na... to atleast 6 hogaye na...

okay assume that 120, 121, 122 oranges being dropped in those boxes. Now, since the number of equal boxes to be minimum, there is already 122 boxes in which 123- 144 oranges were dropped already in sets of 25 so 5 will be the least. for example 4,29,54,79,104 will contain 123 oranges each . 5 boxes with equal number of oranges

A three-digit number abc is divisible by €žX €Ÿ when 2a + 3b + c is divisible by 7. What is X?1. 7 2. 3 3. 5 4. 9
100a + 10b + c = m*X
2a + 3b + c = 7n
By observation , take a = 2, b =1 and c = 0 OR a=1, b=1 and c= 2

Number becomes = 210 OR 112
We can see both numbers are divisible by 7 only

204 hai kya ?

suppose u put 121, 122 and 123 in the boxes....then 120 is only in 5 boxes....so minimum 5 raha,...

Odd Number has divisors = 34 = 2*17

So, N = p^1 * q^16 where p and q are odd numbers.

=> 12N = 2^2 * 3^1 * p^1 * q^16
So, Divisors = 3*2*2*17 = 12*17 = 204 ? :roll:

Though this one is a bit ambiguous. p or q can be 3 itself. :splat::splat:

34 = 2*17 = 1*34
N = a*b^16 OR a^33

12 = 2^2 * 3

12N = 2^2 * 3 * a * b^16
Divisors = 3*2*34 = 204 ?

Match the answers! This is what we generally do :)
