432?
Two ones = 3X9X8 = 216 ways
1 one, 2 x's, 1 y = 3X9X8 = 216 ways
Total = 432

rest 3 digit not containing 1
9c2 *3!/2! =36*3=108

rest 3 containing 1
9c2*3!= 36*6=324

432

assuming two 1s in the number, no. of possible cases = (9*8)*3
for other number identical , no. of possibility =72*3
OA 432 ?

Il check once i reach home at 8 😃 dont worry :)

One ques from my side : In a km race, if A gives a start of 40m to B, A wins by 19s. If A gives B a 30 sec start , B wins by 40 m. Find time taken by B to run 5000m .

Do post your approach . Let's see who solves in the shortest way :)

960/B-1000/A=19
1000/B-960/A=30
1960/B-1960/A=49
40/B -40/A=1
40/B+40/A=11
80/B=12
5000/B=12/80 *5000=125*12/2=125*6=1200 sec?

Sir, is it close to 750s ? Approx nikala hai..not solving the whole equations..

(x-40)/b - x/a = 19------- (1)
(x-40)/a = x/b - 30-------(2)

We put x=5000m in above equations..

Time taken by B = 5000/b ~ 750 ?
Is the answer in integer ? ..

Correct 😃 But share your approach . I want to know how much calculations you did before arriving at the answer ...
@scrabbler share your oral approach :)

Team BV--Pratik Gauri
1! + (1!+2!) + (1!+2!+3!)..... + (1!+....+22!) = ?

Sir, exact 750 hai ya close to 750 ?
@bodhi_vriksha is it 750 secs???

approach: A/B=1000/(960-19B)........(1)
A/B=960/(1000-30B)..........(2)
Solving B=20/3 m/s;
Hence to run 5000m 750 s
