is it 700?
NO. 😞 Official answer is sine of minor arc AB is 7/25 =>175

Q: find the no. of ways of satifying the eqn i.e. 10x+8y=36 ?

The sides of a right angled triangle are in GP.Find the common ratio if it is greater than 1?

Sorry.. the same thing....i got 14/50.. sad thing i dint divide...

post your approach bhai..

Main thing is to draw the correct diagram. Then find cos x in minor arc using cosine formula. cos x = (50-ABsquare)/50. find sin x from this. If u hav drawn a neat figure, then u may guess that the value of AB will be a smaller value.Some intelligent guessing and hit& trail will get u the value of AB = root2.

(a^2)+(a^2*r^2)=a^2*r^4
=> 1+r^2=r^4
or r^4-r^2-1=0

=> r^2 ={1+sqrt(5)}/2= 1.618
=> r=sqrt(1.618)= 1.27

a,ar,ar^2

a^2r^4=a^2+a^2r^2
a^2(r^4-r^2-1)=0

a^2 can not be zero that will mean all sides are zero

r^4-r^2-1=0
r^2=1+-sqrt(5)/2
r=sqrt[(1+sqrt(5))/2]

infinite?
its a straight line
it will have infinite sol

Bhai is question complete?

It's a straight line, and hence can have a number of solutions

if there isnt any range mentioned for x,y then
infinite solutions

2^7 - 2^5 =128-32=96

sqrt((1+sqrt5) / 2)
I am not sure whether 3D is there in the syllabus or not. But i had one 3D last time. Hence,
