On a Christmas eve 10 families, each comprising of 4 members, bring along a card with each of them. Each member shares a card with the member of the other family exactly once. How many cards were exchanged during the event?

Can someone solve these 2 sums (with explanation plz)-->

1) A man decides to invest a certain amount of money in a savings account of a bank that pays 20% compound interest per annum for a period of two years. In return the man wanted payments of Rs. 200 at the end of first year and Rs. 400 at the end of second year from the bank. What is the sum of money that should be invested by the man to achieve this?        (Ans- 4000/9)

2) A cubical container A of side 6 is filled with water. Another cubical container B of side 4 is filled with milk and a third cubical container of side 10cm is empty, The first container is tilted such that the water level coincides with the plane formed by joining the bottom side and top side of the opposite faces of the container (Mainly, don't understand this part!!!!). The water that spills over is poured into the third. The same is done with the 2nd container and the milk that spills over is poured into the third. What is the ratio of water to milk in the 3rd container?

There are nine three digits numbers with distinct units digits.Each number is reversed and the reversed number. Is subtracted from the original number.

The results were found to have an average of 0.

If each number, the hundreds digit is not less than its units digit.
