Students being the future of this country, for the asset they are, are doing well to shape their careers, and I believe they will continue to do so.
It was an absolute pleasure to interact with the students and discuss the industry perspective with them on important topics such as diversity and means to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Most Institutes do not want to go in-depth about such topics and may not include them in their curriculum.
