Mr. Anil Koshy’s story on how QuEST Global addressed the challenges that arose while working from home by creating effective work environments for employees showed us the importance of promptness in dealing and adjusting with a new situation. Understanding the strengths of the workforce, communicating and engaging with them in a novel way to deal with this new normal. Thus the story of the resurgence of QuEST Global post-lockdown was very inspiring. His tips will help us to keep learning and upskilling constantly, to think forward and to be bold with our decisions.

Mr. Hariharan Seetharaman started off the session with a calm and composed meditation sitting, which had a chasmic effect on the audience. Not only the quintessential qualities of a manager, but also some principal life lessons were imparted by Mr. Seetharaman through relevant examples from his prodigious experiences.
