@dineshtce Start from basics now itself!! You probably have an idea of your weak areas within each section now. Prepare a plan, with special focus on them. Practice as many questions as you can from as many sources. Join for 2 mock series, but don't burn yourself out by scheduling them very close by. So pick your mock series accordingly. Analyze those mocks properly (where you went wrong, which easy questions did you miss out & why etc.) properly rather than just giving the mock and leaving it aside. Take at least 2-3 days to analyze each mock. This is not a fixed plan or anything. Just random idea. Put it into a proper plan and go about it.
Take enough (not extended weeks at a stretch!) breaks in between so that you are not burnt out. Whenever you feel down I would recommend go through some of the posts in "All I Wanted to Speak About CAT", and I'm sure you'll gain some confidence/motivation.
A little despondency but anyway, a long way to go ahead!!
Dosen't matter if i failed to score a decent score in cat 2012, to stand a chance for Reputed B-School (BLACKI, FMS, NITIE). Now, I Start working on my week areas that i missed out in cat 2012. I want to now blow cat 2013 away!!
@shattereddream dnt worry if i cldnt convert iim call this yr , since i'm frm sc category then i'll b here for 2013 cat..........this yr cat really blessed me wid 94.xx percentile
@Abir1103 work hard brother, opportunity dosen't knock door again!! Focus on your further round preperation and week areas to nail it this year!! don't speculate to procrastinate for 2013.
cat 2012(!st attempt) .. OA-92.83 , X-92.8(CBSE), XII- 87.8(HSC-WB), final year B.Tech-82.2% .. didn't apply to any non-iims . targetting old IIMs in CAT 2013. need help from seniors and fellow puys about preparation materials and a better and full-proof way to go abt it .. plz help guys ..
