@mbakipadhai you should not hide anything. If in the interview they ask, you should tell it frankly. It wont go against you for sure.

@naddy65 CAT is the only national level exam where you can score more than 95%ile just on the back of preparation of 3 months:). So just go for it!! All the best.!!

@shonasethi I wont comment on any specific college on this forum. But for HR XLRI and TISS are the best. Then you have specialized HR courses in colleges like SCMHRD, IMI Delhi, MDI-Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad, XIM-B et al. And now even IIM Ranchi has an HR course of its own.
Hi..Is it a good option to write CAT after working for 4+ years? I have heard that every month we have as experience after the 36th month will be considered as negative..
@Vineeth87 Hey Vineeth, i can understand your problem. Even i had these apprehensions when i joined. I had 41 months of work ex and i was joining a specialized course in HR in IMI. So you could say it was a bold decision. And i had my difficulties in my summer placements as freshers were given preference(my personal opinion). But overall i cannot comment right now as am yet to sit in final placements.
May be some seniors here could answer this who have gone through similar situation.
But all i can say is dont go beyond 4 years of work ex.
Other than that its your passion for learning which will help you in sailing through irresepective of the number of years in your work ex column.:). All the best!!!

AIMCAT 1 - 94.5%ile || AIMCAT 2 - 91.85%ile || AIMCAT 3 - 96.7%ile

Sir , what is the 'equivalent score' in cat for getting into nmims through nmat? I mean suppose one gets 95% in cat, does he have a chance of cracking nmat considering equal performance in both cat and nmat.
Also if you can tell about XAT also....
The problem is I am getting ~95% in aimcats and expect the same in CAT. So should I fill forms of nmat and xat or not ??

Hi ..... Please help me with a strategy.....As of now I am done with Numbers, p and c,, and some what geometry.... clear with the concepts of percentages,ratio... not yet touched Algebra,functions,logs and TSD.... Going good with DI... and in VA... working with PJ,PC and RC and Phrasal verbs ..... not yet touched Grammar... Gave a Mock test.... got 10 and 12 questions in both the sections.... What can be my strategy??? I exactly have 75 days..... Do I need to study Algebra... or leave it.... Very confused how to proceed.... Having a thought like I am getting stuck with this problem, on becoming a Manager how am i going to solve complex things.... thinking of all these my mind tells me to Quit😟.... you are not fit😠
