What is the scope for fresher making it to the program? I have zero knowledge. Is there a separate process for freshers? What is the process, anyway?

+ Worked as a Software QA in a well known fortune 500 company(13 months)
+ Won several prizes for verbal and theatre events in University, State and South India Level
+ Won Best Manager & other persona contests across intercollegiate fests
+ Held several positions of responsibility in college and actively organized several events.
+ Currently i'm serving students by motivating and training them on Aptitude exams and GD/ Interview preparation with successful outcomes.
+ Serving as a guest faculty for TIME CAT coaching.
+ Involved in activities of several NGOs.
+ Passionate about digital designing (designed websites, college brochures and several contents)

I have 4 year+ experience of work in SBI as a Credit Analyst (Financial analysis, preparation of business models of the company, Holding consortium meetings, continuous client interaction, preparation of credit proposals and internal rating excercise for the bank and finally presention of the proposal.). Would I get a profile based call from SP Jain?

I am Computer Engineering graduate of 2010 batch and I am working as a Software Engineer in an IT Product company since June 2010. I have a significant Sales and Marketing experience in my profile. I am interested in Marketing profile at SPJAIN. But Considering my 3+ years experience, would SPJAIN consider me for Marketing role? Would my number of years of experience a disadvantage for me?

I'm currently in the Purchase/Materials management department, and I just wanted to know which specialization would suit me better? Operations or Marketing, as I am not exactly sure as to what Operations constitutes in SP Jain. I am equally interested in both Marketing & Operations. Would like some inputs from the seniors here on as to which would be more relevant for my experience.

If I apply through profile based application ....and say in the worst case I don't get selected through profile base call ...will I be considered in the next (Profile +cat score) call list?

Was wondering if there's a way to highlight dissertations/research papers worked on, and academic excellence in terms of govt issued merit certificates in the form? Is it even important to highlight these given that there is no provision for mentioning these separately in the form?
Hi.... My college awards CGPA in the marksheets. But, at the back of the marksheets, they also give a method to convert it to CGPA. So, should I feel CGPA or percentage in the academic profile section of the application??
