Guys is there chance of sectional cut offs being increased? I read an article that if number of candidates are more.. the Institute (IIMs) will increase the sectional cut off to accommodate the required number of shortlisted students? My QA sectional is just 1.3 percentile more than the declared cut off. Can anyone throw some light here?

I know this is a bit far-fetched but still i wanted clarification regarding few doubts.
1.>When exactly is the family income certificate asked by the IIMs? If i don't intend to seek the financial assistance , then do i need to produce the family income certificate?
2.> Will the central level NC OBC certificate suffice for the interviews and during the admission..? I have the central level NC OBC certificate dated 2 September, 2014.
I will be planning accordingly, hence i wanted information regarding it.
