Cat percentile - 95.71 x/x11/btech - 84/89/76 workex 19 months as of jan 2018 wat - above avg PI - very poor(not able to answer most questions) NC OBC category any chances? for new iims

Can someone share the OBC certificate format, to be uploaded in cat application form. Someone who has already uploaded the same in past cat forms and got accepted to appear for exam.

Can someone from CAP IIMs confirm this. I have an obc certificate issued feb 2018. Do i still need to get a new certificate issued after april 2018? In case i converted any of the CAP IIMs?
