NABARD
1. good organisation to work with.
2. low promotion rate compared to banks.
3. less corruption.
4. good for upsc aspirants.
5. 100 seats
SSC
1. upsc is mother of all all exams bt ssc is the son of upsc.
2. speculation of high corruption
3. once selected u can think for PSC/UPSC
4. large no. of vacancies
5. salary will be higher than nabard after few years.
NiCL
1. bond of 4 years(this point sucks)
2. good for career as well as for upsc aspirant.
3. only one exam n direct interview.
4. descriptive wil be online typing based.(it hampers the speed n accuracy n affects thinking ability in the mean time).
5. seats are more than nabrd bt less than ssc.
Conclusion:
for upsc aspirants: ssc>nabard>nicl
for banking aspirants: nicl>ssc>nabard (bkoz no exprnce of descriptive writing mostly)
for money: ssc> nabard>nicl
for desperate job seekers(fast joining): nicl>nabard>ssc
