i called the NABARD hrmd and they gave another number 022 26539813 and 26539816. they said that it is not possible to change the dates because they have given the advance. What to do now?

does this mean if selected 17k paymnt will be for 11 mnths? what is this 11 in bracket aftr 17k? .evn in 28k also there is 4 in bracket..n so on..just a doubt..inputs welcome.
