I am waitlisted at IIT K too , but at number 10... so I have taken for granted that am in....
Good to know that someone would like to swap with me!, given the chance I'd jump for it!... for me MICA is above the IIMS!
Me one of those misplaced engineers, would have beem appier painting stuff on walls or sumpthing!....
Oh well!....... Am happy I will have time till August, to smelll the roses and la di da!

I am really sorry for not having posted my share of woes. It has left me devastated. It took me 6 long hours to come to terms with the fact that I have not made it and am still on waitlist at No-45. All these days I was counting on 1% luck as had put in 99% hardwork into my MICA dream. But now that 1% has been bitterly washed away and my dream of being a Mican still remains unrealised.
Anyways, I am left with no hope and not even hoping for a miracle and yeah I am not one of those ultra-optimistic guys as mentioned by Zonked. A little while ago I though I was abandoned in Rubicon .....but no .........I have gained momentum on my plan B..........no not CAT 2005......I am not gonna give CAT once again......I would be giving GMAT and planning to head west.
Goodluck and godspeed to all those who made it to MICA from waitlist! Pls keep the thread going .....and Pa-gal, Kari, Shru, and all those who were on waitlist .....pls post your status.

As u can see from the title of this post am not through...Waitlisted at no 12...they have taken in 70 people...yeah they told me that a meeting with atul tandon will be held as well and a miniscule chance still remains that the seats may increase...the DD of waitlisted people from 71 to 82 have been retained till the end of the month...
Called them up a thousand times to confirm and yeah was in absolute shock for 2 whole days..(yeah i got to know am not in on the 20th)....
I dont think anyone can understand what im going through right now...a struggle for the last two years has led to a dream being shattered after being so close....
Still praying for a miracle on the 24th but chances seem so slim...cant we do something people????????????????????????????

I dunno what the criteria for selection really is...if its the perfect background and passion most of us should have gotten through.....

Hi all fellow Pagals.Moi got waitlisted at 19th place in the waitlist.Talked to Luv Thakur today morning that Mr.Tandon is due back in India on the 23rd or 24th and that the seats have been kept restricted to a maximum of 60 
Then I asked him that what lies ahead and he said that I should wait till this wednesday and see if there is any possibility of increase in the intake of the students.
At this stage,I am just shattered,with all my hardwork and preparation going down the drain,I just want to ask the MICA authorities "Where did I go wrong????"
