hey hi I have filled the form and and even done the payment but by mistake have  entered wrong DOB my correct one is 12/09/1990

but I have filled 12/01/1990 but have uploaded the correct dob certificate 

Please suggest now will it effect the shortlisting or should I drop a mail to the admission office.??
