It has impacted every banking office - front, middle, and back.", said Mr Prithwiraj Mukherjee, Director, PRM Fincon Services Private Limited, in a session organised by Corporate Relations and Placement BIFS.
During the session, Mr Mukherjee explained how the customers' expectations from the bank have changed in terms of how they want the services to be delivered, but their requirement from the bank still remained the same. With the arrival of Artificial Intelligence (AI), it has given rise to better service and maintenance of the banking facilities such as bots answering customer queries, fraud detection, proper customer verification and facial recognition for frictionless payments.

We would like to thank Mr Prithwiraj Mukherjee for such an informative session and hope to host you on campus soon.
