I reached at venue at 10:30 am. At 2:30 pm around I called for document verification.. You need only 3 copies of bio data form (one original+ 2 copies), 3 passport size photos , if proof as mentioned and your academic certificate, experience cert., and not if any govt. Employee.
I was last in the list of 25 students.. 12-13 students had already done with their interview in the morning shift.. My turn came at around 5:50 pm.
I entered the interview room.. There were three members in the panel.. All were males(50+ age).

Puys I am working in NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. as an ASSISTANT .. So they asked about 25-30 question related to insurance, my work profile, situation based question. And i gave their best answers with best examples.. And they were happy with my answers..
My interview was outstanding in every manner..

5-10 question they will definetely asked to you regarding your graduation subjects. Be prepared in case you are not working anywhere? Because those who are working they are asking only about that job?
The simple logic to give your 100% in the interview is : just be calm, self confidence, presentation skill..

Hi guyssss.... I hv jst been interviewed at hyderabad. I m an ex servman. Obc. Did mba in retail management dist education. Doc verification hardly took ten min. Staff is very cooperative. Mine was 9th in 13 cand list. Doc verifctn cmplted at 10.30 Exact name should match ssc cert. If nt they are asking a notary affidavit. Even if u dont possess any cert they are allowing for interview, bt ssc cert must. Degree marksht must nd prov or od. Bring xerox of all incl train tckt. Whtever tckt u bring, ac or bus, bt they will give u only approx sleeper base fare after interview in cash. Coming to interview... Panel of 3 all in 50s. M1 chairman. 1. The qstn they askd everyone was Tell us smthng tht is nt there in biodata. This qst will be asked to everyone. Be ready. 2. Then M1askd some HR qstns like Whn do get angry. Whn do u get happy Hw will u hndle inobidient suordinate staff in lic Why shd we select u nd Hw wil ur service xprnce will b helpful in lic. Being in defence hw will u interact with cust as an lic aao. And some cross qstn on these qstns 3. M2 then askd qstn abt retail mngmt. Ecommerce. Y r nt they making profits. How do they differ frm shops. Wht r ur views on thier businesd model. How r they making profits if any etc all on retail. 4. In btwn M1 inturrepted to ask HR qstns abt retail viz hndlng salesman etc 5. Then M3 frst askd abt my villge nd askd abt very small villages around it by name. Hs native seemed to b very close to my villge. He then askd how are d discounts in big bazaar. Y do they fake disc by increasing price nd then givin disc. A lot of time on this. Finally he askd me about kishore biyani. I hrd of him bt could nt recollct. Then they said thats all nd askd if i hd any qstns. I first said no. I thankd them all. Bt while leaving they said ur results will come in 1st week of jun without asing Nd then i asked whn will the selectd candidate be askd to join the org. They said ' u will get enough time. May be end july or mid aug' Thats all i again thnked them nd left. Intrview duration ws 15 min. Sme cand wr intrwd for 10 min nd sme 25. MY TAKE. If ur spl subject in graduation is othr thn fnance, cmmrce, mngmnt nd ha computers (one member was perhaps GM IT, he impounded the first nd 4 th interviewee with tons of comp qstns), they will ask current affairs nd other national issues. They askd other candidates who r pure core engnrs qstns abt RAW, ISI, SAARC, ISRO, climate change, mallya etc. Mostly no qstns are repeated. Hope this is helpful for hyderabad candidates. Thk u.
