Now that we are almost half-way in the interview session of R2. I ponder how important is the interview in overall selection.
R1 admits may be able to share their experiences (self assessment- as in, did you rock the interview / it went good, avg / according to you what part of your application stands out (essays/work-ex/strong acads/interview).

Guys..Is it good to shave and go for the interview. I sport a neat stubble..Will it be negative if a go for the ISB interview with the beard? Or it is advisable to shave?
