Scholarships:
Scholarships will be given in R2 also!
Its just that the the 7 Full tuition waivers have been reserved for R1 this time. (The other 10/5 lakh scholarships will be given in both rounds)
For Merit based scholarships you don't have to do anything.
It is NOT given based on just your acads. So even if your acads are super awesome, there is no guarantee that you will get it. On the other hand someone with avg acads might also get it. Merit list is prepared after considering all parameters of your app like acads, work exp, essays, GMAT, interview, etc. Based on this list the merit scholarships are given.

Dear R1 Applicants,
As you prepare to submit your ISB application, the following suggestions may come in handy:
1. When you copy-paste your essays from the word document, read the essay again (very thoroughly) in the application box. Often some part is missed out or some extra words slip in by mistake.
2. Your essays will become easy to read if they are well spaced. Ensure at least one line gap between two paragraphs.
3. Try to include as many recent activities / awards / achievements as possible. It does not give a very good picture if there are only 2008s and 2009s visible.
4. Recommendation date has been postponed to 20th October. So relax if your recommender is yet to do his part.
5. Do not worry too much about your photograph to be uploaded. As long as it meets the technical requirements, and as long as you do not look too casual in the picture, you do not need to purchase a suit yet.

Any idea when Hyderabad interviews will start? Did ISB release city-wise schedule?
Should have asked this earlier, but because I'm an idiot, I didn't. So, here goes nothing.
I have been working for 4 years now and have been part of 3 projects up until now.
But, in the section for Employment Information, I have just mentioned the details about my latest project. It now occurs to me that I could have added more forms and written about my previous projects thus presenting the whole job history.
How does this affect my application? Any thoughts? It is a horrendous mistake, isn't it?
Guys, quick query - My evaluator submitted the recommendation before the R1 deadline but I got an email confirming the the receipt at 5am on 16th October. Did it happen with anyone else? Worried whether my application will be considered in the first round

Ok - so I haven't personally confirmed this but I read this on GMATclub - someone has called up ADCom and they responded saying invites will be sent out 5-7 days before the scheduled interviews and the schedules are:
Delhi - 20 -22 November
Hyderabad - Every weekend
Mohali - Not yet scheduled
Bangalore/Mumbai - 27-28 November
