In the accomplishment essay of ISB, they have asked to write about either personal or professional achievement. Whether it would be ok to focus on personal achievement..?? I have written about achievement during my NGO experience. Does ISB classify between personal and professional achievement in this essay...as in whether it gives more weight-age to professional achievement than personal..or only the value of achievement and quality of essay writing matters...???? @ISBmantra.com and @MansieDewanConsulting ... Hi, do we need to send the official transcripts by post to the admissions office of ISB?
Also, is TOEFL/IELTS mandatory even our medium of instructions was English during UG?

I have just started preparing for GMAT. I will complete official guide by this weekend. I am new to GMAT preparation. (I have given CAT before and performed well in that , and as the basic preparation is same , I am planning to give GMAT by this October only). I need guidance for the same.

I have a 750 in GMAT and about 31 months of work ex in April 2016.
B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur with a CGPA of 8.35
93.8% in 10th and 94.5% in 12th.
I have about 22 months of international work ex and the rest is in India, both in core engineering companies (not very big names though). I haven't done a lot to build my CV at college, but both my job profiles were managerial to an extent which, i'm hoping, will help counterbalance what my CV otherwise lacks.
That aside, i can write decent (not extraordinary) essays and get a couple of good recos.
Any comments on where i stand? Or any suggestions on where i should focus?
