Guys, I am unable to add 2nd Evaluator details in the application form. Has the process changed? Is it that only 1 Evaluation is required for a complete application. Previous years, 2 Evaluations were required. A prompt response will be highly appreciated.

For essay 2 , "Describe your short and long term career plans. How does the PGP fit in with those?". Wherever I read, it is given that we need to tell how ISB'S PGP fits the best. Is that true that we have to be specific about ISB'S Pgp's details or just why PGP fits? Please comment.
Hi guys, is it neccessary that the evaluator needs to be working in the same company currently as yours. Like, what if both of you - you and your evaluator changed the company , can that evaluator be qualified to provide your details in the form?

12th: 69% (Bihar Internediate Education Council)
B.Tech: 7.9/10, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad
Work Ex: 5+ years in CMPDI ( a mining consultancy PSU and subsidiary of CIL). In addition to my regular planninga and consultancy jobs, I have been involved in some internation collaboration projects and led teams in commissioning of few plants.
GMAT : 660 (last month)
My question is whether I should apply in ISB for 2017 in R2 or I should retake GMAT. I received an email from GMAC offering me a chance to retake the test because of some inadvertant problems occurred during the test. What would be your suggestion guys?
