My Achievements.

3) steered the firm through a probable bankruptcy and set the sales back in motion .
4)Used better HR management to reduce costs and took many such measures such as re negotiating rehte add shifting stores to better locations.

I applied for ISB YLP this year and managed to clear the first round but couldn't get through second round.

I had a recommendation from my final year project guide professor.
If someone can shed any light on what would be the probable reasons for not getting through to final round? Few of my friends who got through had a high GMAT score 720+ and all of them got selected. Whereas no one below 710 got selected this year. So is score the thing ISB rejected for YLP this year?
Is there anyone with scores less than 700 getting selected this year for YLP programme? Because last year couple of my friends with 690 and 700 made it to ISB YLP but this year I haven't heard anyone as of yet

Will it affect ISB chances if one has Mech Engg. degree but has work ex in a non-Mech company [IBM] .. ?? PS : No gaps in between Colleges and between college-workex till now.

Dear friends, Good to be part of this group and I am one of the 2017 ISB aspirants.
Guys here is my profile: 6 years of work Exp after B.tech(8.8/10) and 6 years after diploma. Totalling 12 yrs of workex. Yes I did parttime B.tech. 20 month of international work experience. Brands worked for include 2 Fortune 50 companies. GMAT score 600 Salary start 300$ per month to last salary: 30,000$ per month in 12 years. Domain: Manufacturing operations - Function- Engineering, Quality , operational excellence. Pls. advise me if I need to take gmat again before R1 in a rush or prepare well for gmat score a good score and apply leisurely in R2. I've been preparing for the last 45 days and can improve my score by altest 50 points. Your kind advice is appreciated.
