@RU for A and C u have a great chance if u score well in cat,bt for banglore they normalise ur board scores ,if u r cbse icse means ur chances are good there,

Mate don't worry much about 10th and 12th standard. What's happened, happened, concentrate on CAT which will determine whether you'll get in. And you need to score somewhere around atleast 99.95 percentile to get in IIM A, B, or C following the current trend.

Hi, i'm Krishnapriya doing my final year B.Tech. My aim is to crack CAT'13 and get into IIM. Pagalguy is a really fantabulous sites for mba aspirants like me :) And i've a question to the seniors. I dont have good academic scores. My scores are 10th-90%, 12th-75% and B.Tech 7.54cgpa. ll my considerably low acads nullify my chance in geetin in iims even if i get a good score?

Hi,
You have a very decent profile. There are few IIMs who gives high weight-age to the academics but that doesn't mean you cannot get through in rest of the IIMs and top non-iim colleges.
Follow the GD/PI discussion threads, you will find people with decent profile have given miraculous performances.
I am expecting about 230 to 250 marks in cmat2013 which i gave. please suggest suitable colleges in gujarat and mumbaialso does somaiya institute of management considers cmat2013please reply
I also agree what vijay_chandola said.. Most of IIMs as far my knowledge gives prior weight-age on CAT score and GD PI performance over through out academics... Through out good academics definitely is plus point,but that is not the only parameter of IIM selection board.
So focus on those things and converge to excellence from good.
