Mah VA is sucking me in the last two or three mocks!in those earlier mocks in june i used to get around 70 in VA!but now getting 35!!!!!!!can anyone suggest how to improve mah VA?

Plz Some 1 suggest sumthing regarding this!

@[606997:ShuvamJoy]: For starters stop using "Mah" for my. Watch a season of Friends, House, Dexter etc back to back. Watch British or even US movies of a certain bent - where the language is tricky - can recommend some if you want. More importantly, read Hindu, Not TOI, Not HT Just and only Hindu past week archieves. This is all you can do for now. When you complete all this get back to me and I will suggest more difficult stuff.

Intelligent people can master Quants in lesser time given they try hard enough, but VA would require more special attention and so you have to work harder and faster. Do all this within the weekend if you are really interested in getting good marks in VA. Watch a season of any sitcom, preferably where there is a lot of wordplay and read a week of hindu archives, only the Opinions column. (No Kidding)

firstly when is d appropriate time to join a coaching fr cat'13..? some say january..sm say from right now..plz help..
secondly i cant decide on which coaching to join..m studying in noida..
i know dis might not b d right place to ask abt it..but since i did nt get a single reply till now frm ny1 in d coaching queries thread aftr repeatedly askin so m asking agn here..
seniors plz give reviews about sec 18 career launcher noida..or which wud b best in noida?
i wont b able to manage time/cl in CP..so plz tell in noida..

U hold a Pretty good academic record
As it's for the CAT'13...u have a lot of time to go with...
firstly i would suggest u to improve ur Grad % around 80+...
that would boost up ur chances after CAT..i.e., in the further rounds of selection...
Secondly... CAT... TIME institute is the best if u are good enough to grasp things faster...
Check into any coaching center(TIME preferably)...
they'll just give u the whole info..

1.T.I.M.E.'s classroom Course options:

a. Super long-term course: The duration of this course is 12 - 15 months. This course is ideal for students in their pre-final year of graduation.

b. Long-term course: The duration of the course is 5 - 12 months.

c. Crash course:T.I.M.E. offers the crash course at two different points of time:
a) During the months of May/June/July, when most of the colleges have holidays, for those students who cannot join the regular course on account of non-availability of a T.I.M.E. centre at the place where they study*

hii everyone coming back to pg after some time...felt like adding few things here :)
Can't figure out from where to start
well with not so bad preparation i gave CAT last year
it was a nice experience giving away the most highly anticipated management paper in India... the paper was moderate and the new two section theory din't proved to be a game changer
i was getting some decent colleges with a score of 79.33 but no no "YE DIL MANGE MORE", i always wanted a top ranked college so i didn't opted for any of those compromises ...
apart from that xat was a blunder...won't like to elaborate on that 😛 mat on the other hand was of no use even with a score of 95 😐 you can compare mat to a normal mock test that you give in your coaching institutes or even easier than that
(why do they even conduct mat when they don't have good colleges in it)
leaving all that behind here i am on my road to get that dream B-school again...
just can't wait for it damn it :))))

Just after my PG Dip i joined a leading public sector bank as Probationary Officer... i have 6 yrs of Managerial experience. Now I want to go for Exec MBA from ISB....
