Good Morning All,

I have an experience of 5 year and 9 months in software line. Worked as a developer, team lead and BA in all this time.
I had written my GMAT in Jul 2011 and scored 670.
What I would like to know in this forum" how to improve my profile and how to apply for universities.

this is Mukul I have around 4 years working as a techno commercial person , by graduation I am an Engineer then I did MBA i MArketing and It.
now a days I am stick to prepare for Banking Exams Specially IT Officer
so please let me know its worth .
& please let me know would it be happen twice a year as IBPS PO exam.
Please help me..

Welcome to our community..
First of all my hearty congratulations to you for having a very great profile.
There is no need for you to develop your profile.
If you are aiming to do MBA, you can fix your mind to ISB, Hyderabad as with your profile, you can definitely get in.
However, you have a good gmat score. Not best.
My suggestion would be to advice you to prepare for GMAT once again and give another take on the test to get a score of 700+.
With that you can definitely get in to top b-schools ( ISB, HSB or even Stanford).
And also write a good statement of purpose as to why you choose MBA and stuffs like that.
Most of the schools will have that question in their application process.
One advice to you considering your profile. Don't just compromise yourself. Go only to the topmost b-school.

Hi Vigneshwar,

It's really great to receive your prompt reply.
I know the score is not good. But somehow, I cannot give the exam again.
Would need to go with this score only. Would this score be OK for SP Jain/XLRI or is it not even worth giving a try.
Have heard that in ISB there are few seats reserved for girls. Is it? Would this score be of any use...
Also, please be open to give the true facts and figures coz if this would not take me to my aim; I might like to try for other options.

I am quite concerned about the Acedamics....as they r not decent in my case..

10th - 69.5
12th - 67.5

Graduation CPI (NIT)- 7.31

General Candidate.. with 24 Months of work ex..in SCM..

Can anyone suggest..top B Schools who have less weightage for acedamics..
