Hello everyone. This is my first time at PG. This site has helped me with a lot of doubts regarding solving QA questions for C.A.T in the past. Im preparing for my C.A.T at the moment but honestly i think i suck. Lol. You guys are insane and great and i hope to learn a lot here and try my best to help out if needed.
Education and Work Ex Background- Im in my final year of B.B.A . I have not worked anywhere so far.!

Why on PG?- To make nice friends and have fun studying for C.A.T

Specifically looking for what on PG?- Hmm .. Just seeing the amount of stuff here makes me go craazy. But mostly to get a few doubts of mine cleared. B-Schools etc.

Hey :)

My name is Aradhna and I'm a final year student of Economics(H) at DU.
Im gonna be giving the CAT and all those cousins(XAT,MAT,MH_CET,IIFT...) of it.

I had a 92% in class 10 and 91% in 12th, a 60% in 1st year and a 64 % in 2nd.

I have no work ex, but I have held the post of Cultural Sec last year..this year I might go for hostel President. 😁 That and a lot of activities that Ive done in college might compensate (?)

My goals for the next one year are:
-Crack a respectable institution. Its time to prove myself against all the IITians and Doctors in my family.

-Monetize my blog and earn money by writing.
-Stop taking money from my parents as soon as possible..I wanna be independent financially,
-Not to be stuck somewhere I'll hate.

I'm gonna be joining a CAT crash course today, and as there are simply "no" days left for it, I wanted to give as prepared an effort as I could.

What better than pagalguy 😃

Im Mahesh and have completed my MBA in Banking/Insurance and hold a 4+ year work ex in the Financial Serivces Industry, in the training function, currently based in Mumbai.

I am looking forward to pursuing the CFA program this year and hence was suggested that this is the right forum to get all the guidance for the program and an opportunity to provide information/ideas to those who required information on topics i know something about:-P

i am nivedita
a brief intro about myself.i have joined National Institute of Technology(school of Management Studies,rkl) this july.I am an Electrical Engineer.I passed eng. this yr.The NIT@RKL is one of reputed institutes of india within rank 10.This is the 1st batch of mba Unlike the typical B schools it follows technical guidelines prescribed under the IIT'S/NIT'S.The syllabus has been prepared by experts from IIMA,XLRI,XIMB,IITKGP,IITMUM.So the course and curriculam is rigourous like the bschools.I cleared my G.D and P.I round to get in here.This institute only accepts B.Tech students.From next yr they would have separate test for entry.Our batch consists of many students having job exp. over 4 yrs.many of them have got high percentile in cat n xat.So don't worry if u don't get into a good b school.The iit's/nit's are very good option and the brand certainly matters.
Future Plans- well i am keeping options open like a combination of Finance and marketing or Marketing n HR. (major n minor)
Regarding placements NIT@RKL fetches an avg of 6 to 7 lakhs pr yr with the highest going upto 10 lakh.so this is not a matter of concern.The infrastructure is good,faculty highly educated and life's good.

please give your gyan on BIT Mesra Integrated MBA. Is it good for girls, institute BBA MBA ranking, placements???? because i have read on this fourm
that BIT good for Engg not for MBA, it is confused me. I am in provisional selection list & want to take admission in BIT Noida.
