well cat is my main target but i feel more inclined towards fms.So i really need some suggestion and motivation regarding cracking fms.Weak in quant but gud at verbals and reasoning.Any help will be really appreciable.

U want to pursue executive mba from India rite ? I dont know much about colleges abroad . So i ll just tell u the names of good Indian colleges which provide 1 yr Ex MBA .
1) ISB - min work ex needed 2 yrs but generally high for IT ppl .
2) IIM - A : 7 yrs work ex
3) IIM - C : Not sure about the work ex needed but its between 5-7 i guess
4) IIM B : again 5-7 i think
5) IIM L : IPMX 6 Yrs work ex needed
6) SP Jain : 5 yrs
7) Great Lakes Chennai : 2-3 yrs work ex needed

For most of the good Executive MBA programs in India one needs at least 5 yrs of work ex . And rite now urs is 2.5 only . If u can give time to CAT preparations , u can try for 2 yr MBA . 3 yrs of work ex ll also add value to ur profile . So do try if u can for getting a good score in CAT :p:p
yeah..m on fire......a new graduate with lots of excitement regarding my new job 'm about to go for and equally anxious about this year's upcoming MBA entrance exams,esp. FMS and XAT!!!! Have got a long way to go........wish me luck friends....
