hi frnds!i m new 2 PG.i am at a very crucial stage of my career r8 nw..and need al ur help.i want 2 do M.B.A 4m a good college,bt can't make out a choice.i have cleared dec 2010 mat with 92 per.(comp. score-689.5)..and cat 2010 with 67.55 per...pls guys help me out...waitin 4 ur rep...

It wud b good if u can furnish ur academics little bit,dat wud make things more clear for people so dat dey can suggest u da best path

i wud suggest u to give another try to CAT/XAT/FMS/IIFT/SNAP etc...coz ur acads r not bad to say da least...This year,IIMs have created havoc for students so depending solely upon CAT next year wud b stupidity.But u definitely have a chance at other reputed colleges(for e.g IIFT doesnt see academics of students,so does IIMC) ATB!!!

This is Afroz
Qualification: B.Tech from NIT Nagpur, worked in an IT firm for 2+ yrs,
secured 97.2+ percentile in CAT this year
Just converted SIBM Pune .

looking forward to MDI GD PI.

I must confess i have been around for a while here and using PG, but this is my first post. PG has been one of the most helpful resources to me in this years MBA entrance quest.

hi!!i m SOHINI..a student in B.TECH FINAL YEAR..got placed in TCS recently..CAT 2010 was a complete failure...end up getting only 77%..after a month long dejection period finally i m now again on the track gearing up for CAT 2011..and entering into the PG team with a hope of getting lots of resources, supports and contacts......all d best to all puys..........:D

This is Sharad from India, UP...presently working in much talked IT industry!! :)

Education and Work Ex Background : B Tech (EC) from UPTU, 4.5+ years of experience in IT industry !!

Current Occupation :Sr. Software Engineer

Why on PG? : make friends, interact with people and ofcourse, to learn about MBA...!!

Specifically looking for what on PG?: knowledge about different MBA courses, their suitability to a person who have family constraints (basically in financial terms)

Aim for next one year? MBA in FMS DU or IITs are prime targets.

Hope to learn new things and also contribute positively on this forum.

I am Kartik Bisht working in TATA Consulting Engineers Limited.

Got 95.35 percentile in CAT-2010. Received interview call from Delhi School of Economics & IMT.

No IIM Calls as my D.I. percentile was less.

So, I am planning to give CAT-2011. :D
