my goal to do M.B.A in IIM. some one suggested me that having job experience and then doing M.B.A will be good. so,now my short goal to achieve software job. Is my decision good?

I am having 4 years of exp from Infosys.Worked as SAP Security Consultant in Infosys.
Due to some reasons I have to leave my job.Now I want to do Executive MBA.
My question is : from where I can go for Executive MBA with 4 yrs of work ex?Which are good Institutes in North India?
And shall I prepare for GMAT ; CAT etc.How should I prepare, I don't have any idea??

I am a dentist by qualification and have an year of experience as an operations manager with a personal healthcare management firm but now am interested in pursuing a post graduate degree /diploma in hospital management /healthcare management , for which I took MAT today . My question is regarding the MAT scores , I heard that GK is not not considered for percentile , is that true ?

Yup....You are correct...GK scores are not taken into account for calculating your composite score.....
