I think u should go for NIIT imperia it offers courses to the working profesonals from reputed institutes like IMM, XLRI, IIFT, MDI etc its an really good option (www.niitimperia.com). I think u shoul continue ur job for atleast 2 years because now a days good institutes are giving weigthage to the work experienced people.
