Institute of Actuaries of India-Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET)

@mahii do we have to mail anything once registered for acet and is there a different fee apart from 3075 we pay??

If u might know CA IPCC..are these papers tougher than that or at a similar level to CA entrance??
please help..

@nj777 No any other charges apart from 3075.
Regarding the difficulty level of the papers, there are some actuarial concepts introduced in the study materials which might require a thorough understanding..apart from that, everything else is a cakewalk.

ohhkk..That's a motivation boost..the first I have got..

Can u please gimme a list of such topics which can be tough to grasp so I can concentrate more on 'em..

Itzz like I have CA articleship too..I dont want to realise things so late..ďťż

@mahii

Hi Guys,

I have got my photo identity card but I need to know do we have to attest the photograph and then put our signature on the photograph too? Or do we have to sign only in the space provided in the card.

Please reply soon

There isn't really a "best". Personal preference.

Hi I'm appearing for ACET this December. Has anyone received any email for choosing the test centre? I think 24th is the last date for closing and according to the website they would be sending emails for choosing the test centre 15 days before date of closing registration.

no...not received any email yet....

Can anyone tell what do they mean by "TABLES" in study material of ACET...

@Barmy Tables are precalculated values of various distributions n all.
I guess you wont be needing Tables for ACET.

Anybody giving CT1, CT2 or CT3 from bangalore??

or any body would like to discuss for exams online on skype?
