As long as u can take out some time from ur busy schedule , it should not be a problem. Try to squeeze out 3-4 hours daily for preparation. It should not be a problem i guess. Utilise weekends/holidays/comp-offs as much as for ur preparation.
yeah, I have tried that...The HR says that my manager has the last call...My manager is not even changing my relieving date and so I cant complete the other formalities as well
Try to negotiate with the manager if you can. Else you can talk to DM also if he obliges.
In worst case you have to buy out the notice period. :)
P.S: Don't worry u will cover this money even with ur first salary post mba . 😁
Hi, I would like to correct you my dear friend regarding this tat person comes under band "B" and scored above 4.5 will get 26500.As per my knowledge and norms it ll be 23500 and even if u score 5 maximum which u can get is 24500 in hand. The differentiating factor is TPI(TRAINING PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE) which will vary as per ur score.

Adding to the above point, you get the TPI component aferr completing your probation period i.e. one year.

I had CG of 4.9 and was confirmed in band 'B' , I had got 26300 as my first post confirmation salary 😁 (this was before I got a hike)
you will get TPI just after completion of ur training.you don't need to wait for completion of probation period which ll be training + 1 year in production almost around 1.5 year.
the probation period has reduced from 1.5 years to 1 year since 6 months
Can someone throw some light for Associate Consultant position offered by infosys across B Schools .... Details as in the nature of work, the growth scope, onsight opportunities and how different it is from that offered by Deloitte and/or Capgemini. Also, what would be scope for a good switch after say 2-3 years to a big 4 consulting firm.
Is infosys taking up off campus recruitment for 2011 batch passout...any pool campuses anywhr in india..or any vacancies....pls suggest !!!!

infy has postponed the joining dates to 2013 for 2011 recruits... So situation in the market looks gloomy as of now. So its highly unlikely that infy will recruit any further from 2011 batch. 😞
When will the offcampus for MBA 2012 passouts be conducted by Infy this year? It is conducted in May and Oct every year, but this year uptil now there are no updates regarding this. Pls help,i am an ex-infoscion and left infosys for doing MBA. Now want to join Infy back.

The problem is that I think I have made mistake in the form that i filled when infosys came to our college. My friend in Infosys told me that we have to fill background form again on induction day.

Nothing to worry bro. You will get a chance to fill the form again on the induction day. Still, I would say, you just tell the mistake you did, to the HR guys on the induction day. They are the best people to guide you on this. One thing, you definitely need not to worry. Stay calm and discuss your issue with the HRD, after you join.

chillax , infy background checks are almost unheard of, except for implicit ones through ITPIN and passport
Does anyone know about the worth of the bond in infosys....??? iam joining infy this september but if i get CAT then i may have to break the bond!
Bond amount in INfy is variable it depends on how much time you spent here.Once you fill resignation they will calculate your bond amount and inform you about it. They take into consideration how much hours you are logged on since you have joined....the details will me mentioned in your bond agreement which you will sign on the very first day of joining.
But there is a twist if you want work experience certificate from them then only you need to pay bond amount.Else without experience certf you can leave infy any day...but after that i doubt you can never join infy again as they will black list you.
so think accordingly...take a rough estimate one of my friend left infy after 8-9 months he paid 1.4 lacs.
