no need to submit any documents as of now(as far as i know
)but get all ur certificates,PAN card,passport ready before u join

No document to be send before as of now... :)
just take all your documents in original along with their photocopies at the time of joining.. they will verify them and return you the originals and keep photocopy with them.
After few days, they will return you photocopies which you will have to scan and upload in a link provided in the intranet 😃

You need to clear the back paper / re-exam of the subject you fail in before the date of joining..... even if mark sheet is delayed for this back/re-exam , you need to produce a provisional that you have cleared the exam.

I hav a doubt. If my DOJ is in Dec and If i fail to clear an exam in my final sem, can i apply for an extension of 6 months?.. If yes should i state backlog as the reasonor should i state medical grounds?
Wat if they find i hadnt cleared a subject in my final sem at the posponed date?

I came to know that infy takes a test in the beginning which is used to decide whether a person will undergo a long cycle training or a short cycle training ...
is it true ?? wat all do i need to study to be in the short cycle ??
and will we have to wear complete formals all the time in the office?? I am not very comfortable doing that ...

U can apply for an extension but AFAIK it depends on infy at what time they call u again ... u can not ask them for an extension of 6 months and join them as per ur wish ...
and regarding the reasons - medical grounds would be the preferred one according to me but the company people sometimes run random check on the medical report so be sure to back up ur facts !!! hope it helps ...

that test ,they use to conduct for those who come from other branches(other than CS And It)who had completed campus connect program
all the CS people by default would be in short term
so in ur college,if u had campus connect program,then prepare for it
or else just chill out

I am in IT branch and my college had a campus connect program but it was optional and I did not participate
So, will i have to appear for the test ??
and just to be on the safe side what all do they ask in the test ... will take a look at those subjects ...
