IMT-G is a better choice if u r selected for F/T or Finance. and u dont want to try again next year for top IIMs..

@RohanGupte I would say Mu Sigma (assuming u have been offered a role of business analyst)...u can always try again fr iims n other top colleges next year with a better profile n CAT score
@enigma89 and he might find the job interesting too..one of my batchmates who was an mba aspirant is working there and he has got himself very much fit into the job and not very much eager for an mba now :)
@arjunloser18 yes, i personally feel that a certain amount of work ex helps u to get a better perspective on what kind of career u want...plus a better profile would lead to better opportunities later on

Also, yes its very important to wait and have work-ex, IF YOU WANT TO TRY GMAT AND GO OUT OF INDIA, SPEND 80 LAKHS AND GO TO HARVARD. In India, unfortunately, the reverse is true - Lesser the work-ex for MBA especially Core Marketing and Core Finance, The better unless your work ex is completely relevant which I am sure is not the case with you or most other people here.
The best time to do MBA is when you are 22 in India. Because everyone wants to know your Post-MBA Business Experience. So the younger you are the more salary you tend to earn in faster time. Beats my logic too but India, you know, rocks (and stones?) 😉 :mg:
