years. Currently working with a Big4, in Technology Consulting
wing. My functional domain is HR. My nature of job involves me working
closely with the HR Heads of various organizations. Have an exposure to HR
processes of various types of industries and start-ups. My profile includes,
understanding the HR processes and suggesting best practices and implementing
the optimized process in system.
Apart from that, I
have experienced into Pre-Sales activities, such as initial handshakes with the
client and submitting RFPs.

Screened various
movies for motivating people, bought rights of a movie to screen it

Want to do MBA in HR
/ General Management. Want to move towards leadership development roles.
IIMA has a system of integrated assessment of candidates. Hence candidates with slightly lower GMAT might still have a chance, if their profile is strong on other parameters.
- whether academics in X and XII have any weight-age, since in IIMA app form, the first entry on "academic qualifications" section is Bachelor's degree.
Could someone from the current batch/alums clarify about the extra-curricular activities that we can mention in the application ? The application says : "Please mention only those activities for which you have obtained any recognition/awards." I was part of some activities, especially social causes related, for which I have not won any awards or special recognition other than one or two "thank you" emails. Can I mention this at all or not ? Please advise from your experience.

Is conducting walk in drives and campus interviews for the company I work in worth mentioning? If yes, in which section? The interviews I conducted were voluntary and there was no additional benefits involved.
