I have 2 months of notice, but am waiting for the formal e-mail to drop papers. Can we go ahead and drop papers just by the list??
And by the way, has somebody consolidated the queries and sent it across to icicicareers ?? I have mailed them a couple of times but have not got any response.. but no harm trying out our luck !

Some of the common doubts, please add more if any:
- Date of joining the campus, is change in joining date possible (considering more than 2 months of notice period).
- Confirmation in offer letter, regarding stipend @ 10000 in college & @ 50000 in internship.
- Confirmation in offer letter, regarding minimum 15 lacs or above package & minimum grade of Manager-II.
- Complete breakup of total investment to be done by us, these 4.5 lacs includes tuition, boarding & library and other miscellaneous expense. Do we need to take care of other expenses (if any) on our own or not.
- Choice of internship area & place of posting, if possible.
But why all of sudden they have sent us a msg of asking queries, instead the msg shoud have said please check your mail for confirmation on dates & other key details.

As per my view, should we ask for 1) regarding stipend @ 10000 in college & @ 50000 in internship. 2) regarding minimum 15 lacs or above package & minimum grade of Manager-II because they have already mentioned this information at there website and that's why everyone has gone for the test n interview... If there things were not be there, no one of us will go for this course...
As ICICI is itself a big brand and they will not change the things in-between, otherwise next time it will be very difficult for them to attract talent...
Rest, we can wait for the letters, once we received it, then we can float the queries, otherwise, the clauses and things which they haven't thought of, will come to there mind and may be we can be in loss. So, my suggestion is lets wait for the call letter, and the things they haven't mentioned in it, that we can ask..

I second that Mohit, even while compiling the points I was in doubt for point # 2 & 3, mine main concern is # 4 regarding hostel fees.
We should wait for the call letters, before writing any mails.

I have few more questions...
1)Does the course involve only the faculties of NIIT university or is there any chance that ICICI will be bringing visiting professors to enhance knowledge.
2)Is it that everyone who will complete the course successfully will be given M2 position and 15+ sal or is it will depend upon the experience of the candidate?
3)4.5Lacs loan will cover everything right from tuition fees,study material and loadging n boarding?

@ Unarang & others: Same reply from HR that the letters would be available to us by 2day evening or by 2morow morning.... Also, I think these HR guys do not have any in-depth idea about the salaries, specializations, internship locations etc..... Hence, they are avoiding our calls in order to avoid flow of any wrong information to the candidates.....
As every1 is saying, we need to be little more patient and wait for letters and then shoot the mails regarding our queries... It may so happen that there would be replies to some of our queries in the call letters itself...

When I talked to ICICI HR person in the morning, He told me the same thing that we will receive the call letter by today evening or tomorrow morning...
I told the HR person that we are working professionals and we have to abide by our company rules for the notice period that's why request you to mail the letters as early as possible. He replied "There is no need to worry. The letters are in process and will be mailed soon..."

Hope everyone knows that the HR reps who answer the phone are not the decision making guys. Since we were calling them and asking them all the queries for which of course they wont know the answer, they sent us the message to email them our queries. So as Rahul said earlier some of our queries might get answered in the joining letter. Let us wait for it. Then we can send them mails for the un answered questions.Meantime the best way to extract information is through reliable sources within ICICI.Everyone should try to get in touch with some one from middle/senior management through their relatives/friends/college alumni so that we get more info.

Mumbai: In a first of its kind partnership, the not-for-profit NIIT University and ICICI Bank Ltd, India's largest private sector Bank, have come together to launch a Master of Business Administration (Finance & Banking) program.
The agreement was signed today by Ms. Chanda Kochhar, Managing Director & CEO, ICICI Bank Ltd and Mr. Rajendra S Pawar, Founder, NIIT University.
This two year program combines conceptual rigour with experiential learning through a unique collaboration between the domain expertise of the University, and the functional expertise of the banking industry. The students will also undergo an industry-linked internship at ICICI Bank during the course duration. On successful completion of the program the students would directly assume middle-management responsibilities in ICICI Bank. The program is expected to commence from April 2011.
Commenting on this partnership, Ms. Chanda Kochhar said, "India today is poised at a unique moment in its history, with prospects of sustained high growth driven by strong fundamentals.
