A few questions from my side after getting the mail, in which the date of joining & depositing the initial amount would be mentioned: 1. Is there any extension possible in the date of joining? If yes, how much? 2. Which specializations are available? 3. CTC break-up (Fixed component, Variable part, LTA, medical etc) 4. Would there be increment on CTC every year or it would be fixed for 3 year bond period? 5. Can the internship locations be chosen by candidates? If yes, what are the options available? 6. What would be total fees including hostel, library, food etc? Please provide the complete fee structure with no hidden costs. 7. It is mentioned on the website that the students would be getting stipend/scholarships of INR 10,000 pm during training & INR 50,000 pm during internship. Would this stipend/scholarship be available to every student or this would be to selected students only. If it is for selected ones, what would be the selection criteria? * 7th question comes of my mind because the word "scholarship" is mentioned in FAQs.

I think Internship locations & salary breakup will not be disclosed at this stage. Regarding 4th-- they can not do this to us , as kapil said it should be based on perf. Regarding 7th -- Stipend will be for all, they have mentioned scholarship just like that 😃 (atleast we should not ask this, agar abhi tak nahi socha hoga to ab soch lenge...just for cost cutting you knw).
My questions: 1) Choices of subject & job profile (out of 4 they have mentioned) will be on us or be decided by there HR on our Psychometric Profiling. 2) This 4.5 lacs of investment by students covers everything (Hostel, tuition, library, boarding etc). -- I think HR will decide

@raavan, rahul and kapil: guys, regarding specialisation, although they have mentioned the 3-4 fields on their website but they have also mentioned that specialisation will be decided based on the bank's 'business needs'. So they may ask us, but eventually may decide depending o vacancies and requirements in various divisions.
Here's the question from their FAQ:
20. Which functional area, location would the students be placed post completion of the Training and Internship ? Specialization in a functional area is decided by the Bank based on the prevailing needs and business requirements. Further the location of posting is decided by the bank on the basis of business requirements.
My question to them is if they are going to give it in writing in the invitation letter, that after course completion they will place the students in M2 role at the said package?
Also, in the meantime, we can compile all the questions and send them over to [email protected] .
until the letter comes from the HR nothing can be said...all the terms and conditions will be mentioned there..... I am waiting till the letter comes. and interesting thing will be the time given to us for joining...I talked to the Helpline number also and updated them them our notice period in current organization...but they had no clue... I am hoping we will have letters by tomm..
We should ask them the below 5 basic questions as of now:

We all have applied due to the 2nd, 3rd & 4th reasons above.... So we need to have a confirmation regarding these 3 points for sure......

And during the time we'll be doing our internship the 2nd set of ppl i.e., the October batch will come to the campus to study ... so it'll only be swapping of places ... at least this is what I understand... b) I dont think there would be choice of locations during internship of the course ... totally at their discretion . c) with respect to choice of specialization, as of few ppl mentioned, i enquired about this to the panel members during my PI but they opined that they'll decide this based on our line of work previously ... So, am from IT , they might decide that I'll fit best in the IT side of the bank.. On the whole, its their choice. This is what I was told !

Same here .. of the 4 lines.. one is constantly engaged .. but no response on the other 3 ..guess there must be only 1 person attending the phone on all lines!

Please let us know what more you ask from branch manager of ICICI Bank, is branch manager is of level 2. I interacted with an employee of ICICI bank, he told that branch managers in OK size branches are of Manager 2 level, is it true.
Does he has or anybody else has any idea, when are they sending us mail. Is it possible to reach there head office in mumbai, as they are not answering the calls. I think they have closed the lines. :lookround:
Talked with one of the person in HR-Mumbai office.
He told that the persons who are shortlisted will definitely receive the mail. No need to worry. They will try to send the mail by today evening or tomorrow morning. So cheer-up guys.......... 😃
Just talked to one person on that helpline nos, he told that we will be getting mails by today evening or by tomorrow. We will get an update about email via sms.
I have put the soft resignation as my notice period is still 1 month. Have no issues if course starts from 3rd/4th week of April
I have 2 months of notice, but am waiting for the formal e-mail to drop papers. Can we go ahead and drop papers just by the list??
And by the way, has somebody consolidated the queries and sent it across to icicicareers ?? I have mailed them a couple of times but have not got any response.. but no harm trying out our luck !
