For a change:
SBI SO Earnings:
Basic 23700
DA 10000 (approx. 40% of basic pay)
HRA 2000 (approx.) (provided you have not availed bank quarters/leased accommodation)
City Comp. Allowance 800 (approx.)
Spl Allowance 1800 (approx. 7.75% of basic pay)
Total Gross Pay 38300
Deductions:
EPF Contribution 2370
Professional Tax 200 (approx.)
NPS Contribution 3000 (approx.)
Total Deductions 5570
Take home pay = 32730 (approx)
For deductions I have not reckoned the ones like Income Tax (approx Rs.1000 in present slab), Association(SBIOA) membership fees(approx Rs.200) etc., which when
taken into consideration, will bring the total take home pay somewhere around Rs.30000.
Apart from this, you will be entitled to some other monthly monetary perks of approx Rs.3-5K (fuel,furniture mtce,entertainment allowances etc.)
Apart from Salary, monthly monetary perks include
1. Cost of 55 lts of petrol (if you own a two wheeler) - 3500 (approx.) - a bit higher if you own a four wheeler
2. Tea/Entertainment Expenses - 750 (approx.)
3. Newspaper Reimbursement - 550 (approx.)
4. Cleansing Material and Casual Labour (*) - 700 (approx.)
Above perks do not require submitting any bill. It's just credited in addition to your salary.
*- Applicable only when you have availed furniture allowance facility of the bank.
Other Important Perks:
1. Leased Accomodation:
You would be permitted to avail leased accommodation as per eligibility. For Mumbai, it's around 40K and around 20K in other metros. Bank will pay the landlord/house owner directly. Even brokerage fees (of a month's rent) is borne by the bank.
2. Furniture Allowance:
Furniture allowance of approx. 1 lakh is granted. You can use this to purchase furniture as per your choice.
Apart from this you'll be entitled for some other allowances for purchase of Briefcase, Utility Items etc.
The officials will also be eligible for DA, HRA. CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund and perquisites as
admissible to the corresponding grade etc. as per rules in force from time to time the total compensation per annum would be approximately Rs.11.63 lacs

Do I get preference/good marks in Interview for currently Working in TOP MNC from last 6 year?..... although i know interview marks depend upon how it went and how many questions you answered correctly... I am bit nervous ...coz of last RRB scale 2 interview where I was prepared for good technical but they asked very basic and history of computer.....

For ibps it officer interview....my company declined giving experience letter stating that will b only available on resignation....I have latest salary slip + appointment letter+ appraisal letter ...Will it do.....?.i think Ibps should holistic view towards this experience certificate requirement....
