hey guys one of my frns got ecgc (she's frm obc) now the problem is she is confused as to hw is the bank and everythng.. coz jyada logo ko pata nahi hai ecgc k bare me n she also didnt thnk it thru and first preference daal di ,, nw she is in a fix.. kisi ko koi idea ho to plz share.. would be highly appreciated .
because of my carelessness while filling the preferences I got vijaya bank despite of having a good score :-/ but i'm guessing it should not make much difference? Could anyone please throw some light on vijaya bank work culture ?
