Once a group of 50 people were attending a seminar.
Suddenly the speaker stopped and started giving each one a balloon. Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker pen. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room.
Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos.
At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon.
Now each one was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it.
Within minutes everyone had their own balloon.
The speaker began--- Exactly this is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is.
Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness, you will get your own happiness.

I seriously envy those 7 sisters
Those seven buffaloes for whom such a massive hunt was launched were my cousins. We shared almost similar childhood and by the time we were young, we were assigned the same kind of job. I had no qualms about my life until I came across the news being published by the media. What I came to know is that I belong to the class of ordinary milch cattle while they are VVIPs.
It was midnight, I was busy chewing stuffs when I saw through those cracks in the walls, some men with good physical built came and cut my cousins open and carried them with themselves.I did not pay much attention as this is something normal for our community since humans do avenge this way.
The very next morning, the big daddy of my cousins launched a massive hunt to search them at any cost.Policemen were deployed.Since the case was a serious one,the SP of the area was also instructed to leave no stone unturned. The cops meticulously followed the footprints of my cousins but to reach no conclusion. They later had to indulge the sniffer dogs for the same who failed at the job too. The CCTV footage of various slaughter houses were also scanned. As nothing significant could be achieved, three police officials have been suspended for the dereliction of their duties.
I don't know where my cousins are.If they have not been kidnapped then they must press hard on their memories to recall the path to their owner's house because they don't even know what they will miss in life if they don't get back.Seeing this kind of treatment I seriously envy them ; I wish I could be one of them. What life they would be having there. I feel so unimportant. I wish I was born in Azam's household or he had adopted me 😞

Ive heard that we wont be having our interview or our combined results as IBPS is going to allot us banks directly, I mean to those who will be selected. I say this because it wasn't mentioned in the advertisement this time( about the time of declaration of combined scores) whereas it was clearly mentioned last time in PO-2. Hope its not true as it will lead to unnecessary rush in clerical interviews 😐😐😐

Guys it has been another day without result . today is 3rd of Feb . those who were claiming end of Jan or 27th jan has been declared certified assholes by IBPS . now my question still remains ,does any one any one of you has any genuine info about results ,because now i have started to panic a lil bit .
Guys is it true that SBI and normal banks ke salary me biggest differentiator is the HRA... ??
Seriously this tym ibps has lost its trademark " TRANSPARENT AND CLEAN RECRUITMENT "......we are not provided with the data as it has provided in its last 2 recruitment regarding clerk and po....but still waiting for honest results....:-) !
