Last yr combined result date of po is 8 feb.AND clerk ka written ka result 28 feb ko aaya tha is hisaab se ibps po3 ka result 1st week of feb me aa jaana chahiye for sure .....

Public sector banking now-a-days is target based job. Eg. A PO gets 5 points for opening a saving account of a person under 35 years and 2 points if the person is >35 years old. 8 points are given for current account. And the weekly target is around 30-40 points. And these target oriented programs are often named by some bollywood movie. Like the latest programs are "Rang de Basanti"(just ended recently) and "Dhoom 3"(started few weeks ago). The weekly report of a PO is sent to the Local head Office of respective banks. Many POs complete their target by opening the accounts of their friends and relatives. This system is applicable to many of the PSBs in IBPS list. So gear up for this. never be afraid of targets or talking to strangers. They might be your probable scoring areas. The idea is very clear, we will be tested roughly. It is a rough game of banking. Play the game hard and enjoy it.
