Guys on a serious note I would like to share a news about IBPS RESULT DATES.
Please dont think that I'm spreading rumours but I'm sharing this just to give strength and patience to all the anxious souls out here like me. I could have kept mum on this but thought of sharing this with all of you here so that our anxiety gets subdued.
THE RESULTS WOULD BE OUT BY AROUND 15TH FEB (MID FEB).
I got this info from a relative who is a Union member.

I can feel the plight of uncertainty which we all are going through so just to help all of you to stabilise mentally I shared this info.

They want us to go on INDEFINITE STRIKE AND Bring it in NATION'S ATTENTION SPL COMMISSION EARNING BY MISELLING OF MF/INSURANCE, MULTI LAC CRORES NPA SCAM, EXTRAVAGANCE, Promotion of dubious character,Corruption in AMC & tendering to gain PUBLIC SYMPATHY. They think that we will will not go on strike till code of conduct. Even if we go , it will be symbolic & wage cutter.They feel very low of us i.e. Union People and it will lead to enmity/ division of union sooner or later. Union leader may not enter banks specially after their retirement. In our weak times, they may hit upon us. Times ahead as entry of foreign banks, Govt's anti-labour policies may be wiping out of Union leaders. Let us connect to them before permanent disconnect & being prey of management. 3. Request to call media & thousand of employee at Jantar Mantar Delhi. Excuses : Give the names of young peoples who are frustrated for counselling; Govt is doing step son like behaviour; let UFBU do as it is not local issue. Wage revision has nothing to do with election. It always take 2 to 3 years. Finally, Neither they are ready to share resources nor willing to provide hidden Support to Ourselves. Either we have to do ourselves or accept whatever they get for us. Not able to think more at this moment. Please come out; suggest; do work voluntarily and support effort of YIBA; this group ; Prateek etc people whole heartily. My uncle a promotee assistant manager in SBI he reaches to his bank by 0930 hrs and never leaves before 2200 hrs sometimes its 0500hrs next day to be back on time 0930 hrs 😲😲
First thing my uncle do when the branch open by 1030 hrs is to increase the power of clerks working under him.he does it daily when I asked him why so he said that if power is not increased it will impossible for clerks to work at counters, then I asked why bank does give them permanant power to which he replied then bank will have to pay more to clerks 😠😠
