what do you think about reporting to moderator option? we are all grownups and we know differences b/w good and bad. we have accepted success and failure.. we need jobs to survive.. and we are all trying for bank/ssc/insurance jobs. yaha kuch log hii pagalguy mein, if we say a negative against them or against their city/state or anything they simply are reporting us. remember guys you will face rash customers in your banking/insurance life... my mother works in lic and she works in claims department.. i have seen a lot different types of cstomers coming to her table, some cries infront of my mom saiying they need money for their daughter's marriage ,and some ask polietly,and some ask very rashly and do overaction. she answers everyone cool and calm.. she never gets emotional or angry.. so ye report karna bandh karo no one is enemy of u here. if u still want to be a nursery kid who complains then may god save u

My Interview was at BOI Training Institute,Noida Sec-62,Panel-X,Reporting time-8.30 am.Reached venue at time,Document verification started at 9.15 am. Verification members were supportive & helpful.General Discussion like Whose mind work faster than computer,country got independence on 15th August other than India etc.👼

I came to know from verification team that out of 25 people 2-3 People😠😠😠 are absent/rejected during verification process.

After Verification we were asked to sit in the hall.Then they asked 3 people to come from panel X & I proceeded for the Interview.Got feedback from earlier candidates that they are asking basic Q's.Now Came my term.Entered the interview room with May I come in sir & wishing the panel members(1 gentleman in 60's,1 in 40's & 2 in 50's.They asked me to have a sit. Started with 1.Introduction,Interrupted in between as I had highlighted my native place as historical city,Q about it.
2. Tell about Bihar-Jharkhand division?was Bihar at loss-I said yes n division can not be the solution.
3.Tell about Magadh Empire-Answered satisfactorily.
4.Specialization in Graduation-Zoology,why not medical? I tried sir but couldn't make it.
5.Youngest Member-Tell about Positioning,Marketing segmentation,Targeting,Branding-Answered by using Natraj Pencil for Branding.
6.About job profile in 1st Job.Current Role in Times of India(as I m working there),Role of Media,are they paid/sold?Should there be any regulation to control-I said there should not be any law but media should have self control n do not enter in person life of any person.Why Times of India targeting corporate people not nurse or common man-I said regarding revenues are generated through advertisement.So,they need to target corporate people..

9. Microfinance-Answered citing example of Mr. Yunus Khan of Bangladesh how he changed the life of common people n got nobel prize,I said banks should not only take care of big corporates but also poorest of poor people.I am forgetting 1 or 2 Questions...

15 minute s jada chala mera interview, qst k bad qst, answr k bech main qst, they didnt give me time to settle, aise qst jo already officer vale s puchne chaiye, jo kam kara ho loan advances p, but i tried, they were really into loan advances,they were not intrested what i had done so far in my branch, they said they want to know what u r capable of doing further..... .

Freinds below 75 in IBPS PO 3 don't hope for selection and start preparing for IBPS PO 4

Comparative study.

in 2012 IBPS PO
cutoff -135/250=43.2/80
Min marks for first round selection=62.12
constant for interview= 62.12-43.20= 18.92

Hence for 2013-14
for cutoff-61/200=24.40/80
Min marks for round one will be =24.40+constant (18.92)=43.32

So my prediction 43-44 will be cutoff........... 👏👏👏👏

first observation : very few absentees , 23 were present out of 25 in my panel.

arrangement was good for doc verification . and went smoothly.

entered the interview room at around 4:45 PM.

4 members in the panel. M1,M2,M3,M4.

Questions:

1) Tell us something about yourself.

2) what is reverse mortgage?(I told them i am working as an underwriter for reverse mortgage)

3) why reverse mortgage hasnt picked up in india?

4) will you sell reverse mortgage product to 30 yr old ? why not?

5) who is the governor of gujarat?

6) who appoints governor and what are the functions of governor?

7) RBI governor? Who appoints RBI governor/

8) Do you think current gov of RBI is the correct choice by GOI?

9) did you get placed in MBA college ? why didnt you join it ?

10) " YOUR MARKS IN WRITTEN EXAM " he noted it in a separate paper.
