How our Intervw boards judge us?? they dint ask anything to my frnd (about his graduation related Qns).. they did it formality to him .. But for me, they asked about my department related questions.. For him it was fully Tamil language.. It took fully in english for me.. same panel, same members...

This was one of my questions which I posted before the interview started, again re-posting it....
few of the candidates were just asked for their basic information, education etc
and
few were grilled down on banking, economics etc.etc...for someone in this category would obviously be nervous if they are not aware of 2 or 3 questions, their confidence level may also go down
so in this case how is everyone treated equally....are there any chances for equated scores (like they did in the written exam - equi-percentile or any thing)....also few panel could give weightage to knowledge, few to confidence, few to communication....
done with d interview..it was on 5th (noida)..the panel was awsm..mainly dy asked personal qstns only..few names were asked like gov. of rbi,deputy gov. of rbi,gov. of delhi...it was lasted for around 15-20min. i think..so jyada kitabo m na ghusso...be confident in d intv..atb!!

document verification was so strict that i had to take a tripdown to the memory lane from 10th class onwards,thank god they dont ask for our 2nd standard's mark sheet it would be odd to tell ki sir us time to naak saaf karte bhi nai aati thi.
finally interview, in most interview there are 3 man who ask and 1 man who watches you as you are either not in the room or you are a superstar, in my interview i had both of the kind, two man asked questions and 1 was watching movie star another was brooding over her dead girlfriend interview started without asking for my intro, interview was in 90% hindi, they must have looked at me and thought isko kyaangreji aati hogi?? hindi mein niptao sale ko.
4 male, 2 were the mute i think from barfi movie.

i asked sir in case of bank failure DICGC pays to depositers, what about those who have taken loan from that very bank( after listening to my question they looked at each other)
m1:- aap aisa question karke kahi ye to sabit nai karna chate ho ki aapko DICGC ke bare mein pata hai aur yeh hamari galti ki hamne aapse isse releted koi question nai pucha?

m2:- Mr. shyam be assured aajkal bank bhag jaye aisa kuch nai hota hai, aur jo hota nai hai wo jaan k aap kya karoge?
i tried to reason with them but they were beating around the bush( i am pretty sure unko bhi nai pata, agar puys ko pata ho to batao)
finally m1 said " your interview is over mr shyam, thankyou".
i also said thank you and came out went to tekha had 1 beer and came home.
final score ka publish hoga??..ya fir next is the final allotment in the month of April..agar niklega tooh fir kab niklega??
